Eleven years in the restaurant industry taught Patrisha everything a classroom couldn't. Managing people, solving problems on the fly, keeping things moving when the pressure never stops. She earned a degree in Business Management from George Mason University, but the real education happened on her feet.
Today she runs Digital Hula's branded merchandise operation, sourcing, managing, and delivering custom promotional products for businesses across the country. Clients call her the Swag Queen, and the name stuck because it's accurate. From idea to delivery, she handles every detail so her clients don't have to.
She's also the founder and head teacher of the Matthews Academy, a private homeschool built around the belief that education should be as intentional as everything else worth doing. When she's not building brands or building curriculum, she's training. OCR, heavy lifting, and anything that tests what she's made of.
The barbell doesn't care about your day. Patrisha trains because the discipline carries over into everything else: the business, the classroom, the home. Heavy lifts, high intensity, no shortcuts.
Mud, walls, ropes, and distance. OCR is the proving ground where strength meets grit. She races because comfort zones don't build anything worth having.
Not every discipline has to be loud. Knitting is focus, patience, and the satisfaction of building something with your hands, one stitch at a time. The quiet counterweight to everything else.
Custom promotional products for businesses nationwide. From branded apparel and drinkware to full swag kits, sourced, managed, and delivered so your brand makes a lasting impression.
The full Digital Hula operation. Web services and branded merchandise under one roof, serving clients since 1997.
The Matthews Academy is a private homeschool Patrisha founded and runs for her son. It's not a fallback plan. It's a deliberate choice. The same standards she brings to business apply to the classroom: structure, accountability, and the belief that real learning happens when someone cares enough to show up every single day.
Motherhood isn't a side note in her story. It's the center of it. Everything she builds, the business, the home, the curriculum, runs through the same conviction: if it's worth doing, it's worth doing right. No shortcuts, no autopilot.
